Looking for a new way to bond with your kiddos?  Then our new Parent/Child Yoga class is for you!

This class is designed for kids in 2nd-5th grades, accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Traditional and fun yoga poses (individual and partner) will be practiced that will help with flexibility, strength, and calming focus.
