High School and College-age students will receive specialized strength and conditioning instruction from certified trainers. These boot camp-style workouts are not for beginners. Join us for a 5-week session, and take your overall fitness to the next level! Instruction is 2 times each week, and there is a maximum of 6 participants per class.
