Walking Friends Group

Need someone to walk with or a little extra motivation? Meet in the YMCA lobby to walk from 5:15-5:45pm on the Y Trail in good weather, and indoors if there’s inclement weather.  Research has proven that 150 minutes of exercise weekly will help lower your blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, and reduce stress.  There is always someone who walks just your speed!  Open to everyone; Y members and nonmembers are welcome!
