Zumba is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired dance fitness program that makes it fun to get fit. The routines can be done by all ages and fitness levels. Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm classes include Zumba Sentao(TM) , and Zumba Toning(TM) combining strength and resistance with dance fitness moves using chairs and hand weights. Class fees will be prorated for Memorial Day.
