Hatha Yoga classes will teach the basic principles of breathing and body alignment through a series of poses that promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and aids in relaxation and stress reduction. Please bring a yoga mat & heavy blanket if available. If you don’t have these, the Y will have mats available. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Member: $6 per class or a 6-class Yoga Punch Card for $36
Nonmember: $10 per class or a 6-class Yoga Punch Card for $60
