This advanced boot camp fitness class will be an extreme challenge in a circuit format which may include: running & sprints, plyometrics, jumping, calisthenics, and strength training. Class may be held outdoors, weather permitting. The class IS NOT for beginning exercisers.
Session I: January 10th - February 9th
Session II: February 28th - March 30th
Session III: April 18th - May 18th
Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Fees: 2x per week (5 weeks)
