Inclement Weather Policy
During inclement weather, Y Play and all FPS programs follow suit with the Muscatine Community School District. If school is cancelled, there will not be morning or evening Y Play or any parenting groups. If Muscatine Community Schools have a late start, there will not be morning Y Play or morning parenting groups. In the case of an early dismissal due to winter weather, there will not be evening Y Play or evening parenting groups.
